Return Policy
SPW Industrial – Returns, Large Orders & Custom Orders Policy
Thank you for shopping with SPW Industrial. Due to the nature of industrial equipment and surplus inventory, the following return policies apply to all purchases.
By placing an order with SPW Industrial, the buyer agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Standard Return Policy
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
The item must:

Be unused and uninstalled

Be in the same condition as received

Be returned in original packaging

Include all accessories, manuals, and components

Have an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Returns without an approved RMA number may be refused.
2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns must be authorized before shipment.

Once approved, SPW Industrial will provide return instructions and an RMA number.
3. Large Order Policy
Orders exceeding $5,000 USD or containing multiple units of the same item may be classified as Large Orders.
Large Orders are often specially sourced or allocated from suppliers, and therefore:

May not be canceled after shipment

May not be eligible for return
-
May be subject to higher restocking fees
If a Large Order return is approved, the following may apply:

Restocking fee up to 35%

Buyer responsible for all shipping costs

Buyer responsible for any supplier restocking charges
SPW Industrial reserves the right to deny returns on Large Orders to prevent financial loss caused by inventory sourcing commitments.
4. Custom Orders & Special Orders
Items that are:

Custom configured
-
Special ordered from manufacturers
-
Specially sourced for a customer
-
Built-to-order
-
Bulk procurement orders
are considered Custom or Special Orders.
Custom Orders are NON-CANCELABLE and NON-RETURNABLE once the order has been placed with suppliers.
This includes:

special procurement items
-
large batch orders
-
equipment sourced upon request
Customers acknowledge that SPW Industrial may incur non-recoverable supplier costs when fulfilling these orders.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled only before the item has shipped.
Once an order has been:

processed
-
allocated
-
sourced from a supplier
-
shipped
it may no longer be canceled.
If a cancellation is approved after procurement has begun, cancellation fees may apply.
6. Restocking Fees
SPW Industrial reserves the right to apply restocking fees to returned items.
Typical restocking fees are:

Restocking fees help cover:

7. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be received in the same condition as shipped.
SPW Industrial reserves the right to reduce or deny refunds if returned items show signs of:

installation
-
use in production
-
modification
-
missing parts
-
damage caused by the customer
All returns are subject to inspection and verification.
8. Serial Number & Fraud Protection
SPW Industrial records serial numbers and identifying markings on many products before shipment.
Returned items will be inspected to verify:

serial numbers match sales records
-
components have not been swapped
-
security seals remain intact
Returns with mismatched serial numbers or tampered components may be rejected or reported as fraudulent activity.
9. Freight & Large Equipment Deliveries
Customers must inspect freight shipments at the time of delivery.
If damage is visible:

Note damage on the delivery receipt

Take photographs of packaging and product
-
Notify SPW Industrial within 24 hours
Failure to report freight damage promptly may prevent filing a carrier claim.
10. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for:

all return shipping costs
-
proper packaging
-
risk of damage during return shipment
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable insured shipping service.
11. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

SPW Industrial will notify the customer via email

If approved, refunds will be issued within 7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
12. Limitation of Liability
SPW Industrial shall not be liable for:

loss of production
-
loss of revenue
-
installation costs
-
labor costs
-
consequential damages
Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with SPW Industrial, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this Returns & Refunds Policy.
